Hi, everyone! And Happy HUMP DAAAAAAY! (Still haven’t seen the Geico commercial)
So, last week, I thought about doing a WIAW post. I even opened a New Post page, started writing….and never finished. I was really proud of myself for [almost] posting twice during the week, but….chemistry test on Friday. On the bright side, I got a 104 on it!!!!!!!!
Ok. Food. Here is yesterday:
BreakfastSame thing every. single. day. Oatmeal, half of a banana, Fiber Cheerios*, Barbara’s Shredded Spoonfuls, scoop of peanut butter, Vanilla almond milk. This particular bowl had a delicious side of lipid digestion notes that I was studying at 6:00 am this morning. Ah, life.
*Not really called Fiber Cheerios. However, they look like Cheerios, they have added fiber (and they kind of smell like cat food).
LunchThis is what I have been eating this week since Russ left a carton of eggs here. Oatmeal, microwaved egg, parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. If this doesn’t scream COLLEGE, then I don’t know what does.
*Note to self: Never leave an egg in the microwave for a minute and a half. It sort of resembled rubber band fiber in taste and texture.
DinnerSpinach with…corn, peas, carrots, cottage cheese, some grain salad, mushrooms, lots and LOTS of cauliflower, cucumber… and probably more. I can’t remember, but I know it was good and I was starving when I inhaled it.
Snack I have professed my love for this stuff before, and I’ll say it again: Trader Joe’s Puffiest White Cheddar Popcorn is the best snack in all the land. I’m munching on it as I type this and there is cheddar dust all up in my keyboard, but I’m willing to risk my keys no longer functioning for this. I have gone through three bags in two weeks. Help.JUST LOOK AT THAT CHEESE DUST!
