La Colectiva Café has been one of my go-to veggie-heavy lunch spots for a couple years now! It’s near Luis office, located near Bilbao metro and never disappoints with their incredibly flavorful and filling vegan lunch. 11€ gets you a soup/crema and a huge veggie/ grain bowl, and a water. I always leave completely stuffed as well as amazed at how filling and delicious vegetables can be. I have yet to find a vegetarian or vegan place to match La Colectiva. They also have a large co-working space, and some yummy vegan desserts. The place has big sunny windows, which makes it a nice place to have lunch. Also, the food comes out FAST since they don’t have to take orders- everyone gets the same thing. LOVE IT!

- Atmosphere: Upstairs is small, but bright and clean and simple. Downstairs is a little darker, but open with lots of tables for working.
- Type of Food: Vegan, but so flavorful! Lots of colors and textures, sauces, spices, grains, etc. Delicious -it’s always good.
- What I ordered: There is no ordering. Everyone gets the same thing if you order the menu. You can follow them on Instagram to see what they will be serving each day, but we have never been disappointed.
- Recommendation: Give it a try! I think vegetarians and non-vegetarians would enjoy this place.
Rating: 10/10 for food, 10/10 for creativity, 8/10 for atmoshpher…sometimes I find the tables/ chairs uncomfortable
