**I wrote this post a couple weeks ago and never posted it. Since no breakfast can go un-publicized, I am posting it now. ENJOY!**
Buenos días!
How was your weekend? I hope it was as fun and sunny as mine was- with a good mix of sunshine, good people, pool, food, and happiness….and alcohol- maybe. One can always guage the quality of the weekends around the world by the number of Facebook- public engagements you see. I saw 3 this weekend…so it´s safe to say this was a good weekend for a lot of people (and I don´t really know any of the 3 so I won´t be invited to their boozy weddings, unfortunately).
Here is a look at my weekend:
I only have this glorious balcony for one more month, so I am trying to make the most of it…. by taking approx. 500 photos of my breakfast.
After breakfast, I went for a looooong walk (almost 2 hours), just to get my 10,000 steps! Along the way, I was handed a free coconut water. Normally I think coconut water tastes like rotting milk, but in the heat, cold coconut water isn´t so disgusting! I only finished half, but it was still nice and refreshing! Hmmmm, along the way, I made a few stops…And bought a dress. Dress Addiction is not a joke, people.
I spent the rest of the afternoon walking around.
And I had lunch:The chicken // hummus // red onion mix is so good.
I don´t have any pictures of Friday night (WHY?), but it was a lot of fun with dinner + pool time.
Saturday, I got up and went to run hills for an hour because I hate myself (kidding…but I did do the hills and it was hot, but they felt really really good).
After the run, it was brunch time! I was more than excited for good food and ICED COFFEE.And I was so happy that both were incredible. See this post.
Brunch and walking around the city lasted almost 5 hours, so on the way home, Kristen and I stopped for a little refreshment. Definitely my new favorite spot for treats around my house. So good and so refreshing and cold.
Saturday was also great with Indian food in Lavapies and then shots of tequila…and then sleep. #party. I have a picture, but it might be the worst picture of me EVER.
Sunday, I was up early-ish (…at 11). I started the day with a big breakfast…
And then went on another long walk to get those 10,000 steps.
I don´t have any other pics to share, but the rest of Sunday included time at the pool, a run, and dinner. A perfect Sunday, if you ask me.
That´s it! Have a great week!
