I had a special request to update here once in awhile and while I am sitting here at Mazál II waiting for an event to start in 30 minutes, I figure I can just update with some pictures of people. If it’s not pictures of people, it’s pictures of food and bagels and broken stuff that needs to be fixed and invoices to send to the accountant…

We are opening a new Mazál! Haven’t really announced it online yet. This is obviously online, but it’s safe to say the A Spoonful of TLC following is low enough that I think you’ll all keep it a secret 😉

I snapped this picture while waiting for the interior designer – we currently are at the stage where the renders are done (and it’s going to look super cool!), we have met with a construction team to get some price quotes for the demolition, and… that’s about it. By the end of next week, we should have price quotes done and be able to choose a construction company to get the project underway with an expected opening date of May 2024!!!

When there are order mistakes, we get to try some of the sandwiches we don’t normally get to enjoy. This is Luis eating a salmon-less salmon bagel – delicious.

Last weekend we tried a new place called Yes! Hamburgers and they were really good! It was very “American-approved” on my part! Burgers, fries, and milkshakes – simple but delicious. We had an oreo milkshake, fries, and two different burgers. Between the two, I liked the classic one.

Ok not the most interesting post, but I am posting it now or I never will.
