A Glimpse Into My Pre-Thanksgiving Week

Thanksgiving Prep

For work at Bruja’s Bakery, this week is always, undoubtably, the busiest week of the year.  In the past, it has felt overwhelming, but this year, I am not actually working while trying to make a billion pies before and after work.  Of course, I have offered to make more pies than last year, but it feels more doable.  While this week will be a marathon (for me and the oven), it will all end with a BANG at our big Thanksgiving dinner on Friday.  I am trying to stay organized and ahead of the game so that I can try to avoid any meltdowns (from me).  This post will give you a glimpse into how I am staying organized, and also how Type A I am.
