One of my favorite types of blog posts to read are the ones that quench my thirst to be as nosy as possibly into other people’s lives…a.k.a I love posts where I can read about minuscule details of the blogger and their day. Naturally, when I saw this survey on the Carrots ‘n’ Cake blog, I knew I wanted to do it too.
1. Who are you named after? My grandmom (my mom’s mom), my abuela. Funny story, her name was originally Tamara and she eventually changed it to Eugenia later in life because Tamara was too strange. I still think it’s strange, Abuela 😉
2. Last time you cried? last week!! but we’re all good now 😉
3. Do you like your handwriting? When I try to write neatly, yes. My “fast” writing, however, is another story. It’s like big, ugly chicken scratch.
4. What is your favorite lunch meat? I love smoked turkey breast! But I actually hardly ever eat it.
5. Do you still have your tonsils? Yes ma’am.
6. Would you bungee jump? Absolutely not. I like the ground and am happy to be here. Skydive, possibly. Free-falling from a bridge? No way.
7. What is your favorite kind of cereal? Oatmeal, haha. But if we’re talking real cereals, I used to love Life Cereal and a bowl sounds pretty good right about now.
8. Do you untie your shoes when you take them off? Never.
9. Do you think you’re strong? Not as strong as I used to be, but strong enough.
10. Favorite ice cream? Oooooof this is a tough one! Anything with fudge, brownie, caramel or coconut.
11. What is the first thing you notice about a person? Eye contact, probably. but personality…how they carry themself.
12. Football or baseball? Neither, but if I have to watch, then baseball.
13. What color pants are you wearing? Not wearing pants 😉 haha…wearing a dress and tights.
14. Last thing you ate? eating chocolate and drinking tea as I type this, but I just had a big bowl of rice, chicken and broccoli in a mushroom sauce.
15. What are you listening to? the tv that my roommate isn’t watching. it’s annoying as it sounds.
16. If you were a crayon, what color would you be? turquoise.
17. Favorite smell? fresh baked bread, fresh fruit.
18. Who was the last person you spoke to on the phone? mi padre, ayer.
19. Married? nizzy.
20. Hair color? dark brown.
21. Eye color? brown.
22. Favorite food to eat? peanut butter 100%. Followed by peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, bread, ensaladas de mama espanola, and anything my mom makes. and ice cream!! See the question above.
23. Scary movies or happy endings? Happy endings. Not a scary movie person when I have a choice.
24. Last movie you watched? 50 Shades Darker, and the week before that, I saw Lion. Highly recommended!!!
25. What color shirt are you wearing? a black dress with flowers.
26. Favorite Holiday? probably Memorial Day because it’s the opening of the summer and summer brings so many positive things. I can’t wait!!!
27. Beer or Wine? WINE! Oh, how things have changed…. how Spain has changed me 😉
28. Night owl or morning person? Morning person all the way! I’m like a little busy bee in the morning and a grouch at night.
29. Favorite day of the week? Friday!…or Thursday, because it’s almost Friday and there is so much to look forward to!
