Hi!

I am just knocking out these posts, aren´t I?!  It´s because I have a (borrowed) computer until tonight, so I need to click-clack away until the computer is whisked out of my grabby little fingers.

So what´s been happening with you lately?

*silence*

Ah!  That´s great!  Here is my lately…

Food: So many salads!  Greens mix // carrots // mushrooms // cucumber // cherry tomatoes // olives // corn // turkey // sunflower seeds // vinegar and oil.

Greens mix // cucumber // carrots // corn // cherry tomatoes // beets // turkey // vinegar // side of bread and queso de plastico.  I have been looooving beets lately.  And 100% processed cheese.

Oatmeal  // apricot // fresh fig // too much espresso

Homemade bread with a smear of cream cheese // watermelon // an entire glass of espresso (this was today´s breakfast and may be contributing to me writing 4 posts and going strong….)

Peach crisp made with fresh peaches, a lot of brown sugar, oatmeal, and butter.  MMMMM summer.

Fun:Double chocolate ice cream with dulce de leche from the Gourmet Experience (on top on Corte Ingles) with Annie and Kristen.  The ice cream was ok, the views were nice, the friends are perfecto.

New (to me) place!  This was from El Jardin Secreto on Calle de la Montera.  You would never know there is a terrace on top of this store, but it was beautiful!  This would be a great place for brunch or for afternoon tea (if you want to be British).  Beautiful flowers and perfectly shaded.  The drink you see above is their “detox juice” with apple, celery, spinach, mint, and some other things.  With a side of nachos #balance.  I went there with Ashley and Kristen.  I want to go back.  (Side note: I wonder if that lady in the top right corner would be angry if she saw herself in this picture….hahahha)

Views from the top of Circulo de Bellas Artes de Madrid.  Beauuuuutiful rooftop terrace with 360* views.  You have to pay to go up (4 Euros/pp), but worth it.  This was after a great dinner & date!  Highly recommended for impressing…anyone.

I got a new room!!! In the same house, but with a balcony.  I love the room, despite the noise 🙂

Last but not least….This picture kills me.  It´s like “Teddy, did you roll in the mud?” and he´s like “what makes you think that???”
