Things Before Israel

before Israel

Hello hello!  Luis and I are finishing the final things on the to-do list before heading off to ISRAEL for a 6 day trip.  We are spending a couple days in Tel Aviv and then 3 days in Jerusalem and then back in Tel Aviv for another day.  This will be my 5th?  or 4th? time in Israel, but Luis’ first time.  I’m curious as to what he will think!  I hope he loves it as much as I always have, and let’s hope for some good, sunny beach weather.

I thought I would pop in and share a little of what I’ve been up to because I don´t want it to be too, too quiet around here.  If you’re interested in following along on our trip, follow me @tlcohen91.

Anyway!  Here we go…

One of my beautiful little fish babies is sick!before israel

He’s not dead in this photo, but he keeps flipping upside down.  From what I found online, he has an infected swim bladder so right now he’s on a 3 day fast and will be introduced back to food tomorrow.  I hope he bounces back!  It hurts my heart to see him suffer.

I’ve spent a good hundred Euros in the last week on face products.  My new friend, Bea, told me all about the importance of using various products and what are some good things to use. before Israel

I bought a whole bunch of things, but a good number of them come from this brand.  I might be crazy, but I already think there´s a difference (at least in skin brightness).  I plan to do a follow-up post.

I’ve hit the gym 3 times in the last two weeks, which is decent.before Israel

In this photo, I had just finished a 20 minute run and then a 30 minute Nike Training Club.

The weather here has been beautiful!  I spent the last two afternoons on a sunny terrace, reading on my Kindle.  #livinbefore Israel

And can we talk about that café con leche foam?

Last, but not least, this wouldn’t be A Spoonful of TLC without a picture of my most recent breakfast.before Israel

You’re welcome, Mom.

And with that, we are off!  See you in 7 days!
