Good day to you sir (and lady),
I thought I would pop in to share some breakfasts I’ve been enjoying as of late. I didn’t really tell ya’ll on here, but at the end of school, the food situation got reaaaal bad in my room. Like really college-esque. Except instead of ramen and beer, it was oatmeal and almond milk. I’m a strange bird, no? Okay. So I didn’t even have almond milk. At the end there, I was eating oatmeal with water and on the fancy days I had a few raisins thrown in. **Cue I’M SO FANCYYYY, YOU ALREADY KNOW…**.
Ahem. Now that I’m home, breakfast has taken a much needed turn for the better. Pantry, fridge, stove, OH MY! Things are looking up, my friends.
2 eggs//tomatoes & peppers//cheese//avocado//apricot
oatmeal//banana chunks//apricot//fresh peanut butter
fried egg with cheese//raisin toast//grapes//carrots//guac//1/2 peach
oatmeal//strawberries//banana//cinnamon//plain Greek yogurt
I’ve been lovin’ on the eggs lately, but oatmeal always has a place in my heart. The addition of fresh fruit has been wonderful, as well.
