WIAW- The Mix.

Remember these posts?  It’s been a while since I have done this!  Busy, busy, busy.

Here’s a look at what I’ve been eating, although it’s a mix of meals from a bunch of days.

BreakfastDSC_0043Breakfast is always always always oatmeal with mashed banana, peanut butter, more cereal and almond milk.  Quick, easy and filling.  I actually ran out of milk last night….so I used water today.  Weird, right?

LunchDSC_0204Lunch and dinner often rotate between egg salad sandwiches, chicken salad sandwiches or big salads “with all the vegetables, no onions, and sunflower seeds” <– that’s how I order it.  Sometimes I use honey mustard dressing, other times I eat it plain, which I what I’m doing as I currently type this.

DinnerDSC_0006I’m just using this picture because I have it, but this is from weeks ago.  These days, I eat an alarmingly high number of egg salad sandwiches and cereal for dinner.  I think it’s becoming a problem.  It’s kind of strange that it has taken me four years to develop a college kid’s diet- a.k.a cereal.

Snacks
DSC_0048I snack on a lot of fruit, Greek yogurt and tons and tons of granola bars…and CEREAL.

Dessert

Honestly, I don’t have dessert often- usually just a small handful of trail mix with chocolate chips, but occasionally this happens:photo-27and it was delicious.

Also, lots of coffee.  Lots of water.
