Fitness Friday is back! It feel to the wayside these last few weeks. well, so did the entire blog.
Now that I’m graduated, unemployed, home alone, and #bored. I have plenty of time for blogging. Lucky you!
It’s my first week back home and for the aforementioned reasons, I have lots of time for the gym. It may or may not be the only structured activity I do during the day. #postgradlife.
Saturday: 4 mile run. My last run in West Chester! I used the time to collect my thoughts and let go of some of my nervous energy about graduation/ leaving West Chester/ life. Ah!
Sunday: 6 mile run through the good ole stomping grounds. It was a beautifully sunny and cool day. The run felt easy and I was enjoying the tan I was getting (and the scenery!)
Monday: Off for a day of hiking in Lewes and Cape Henlopen. I guess that’s not really off.
Tuesday: 20 minute jog and then 45 minute Gladiator Nike Training Club workout. That workout literally kicked my butt. I was sliding all over the hardwood floors because of the sweat. Classy lady!
Wednesday: 2 mile run to the gym, my BodyPump-inspired workout and then 2 mile run home. Exhausting.
Thursday: 2 mile run to the gym, 15 minutes of HIIT on the bike, 5 minute job on the treadmill, abs & push-ups, then 2 mile run home. (total: 1 hour)
Friday: 45 minute NTC workout in my kitchen. I wanted to get in a quality workout before brunch with the BRUNCH BUNCH!
Saturday: 4 mile run and another BodyPump-inspired workout. Seriously a good one!
