This is going to be snappy since I’m pressed for time. Gotta get everything together before leaving for school TOMORROW!
*This is what I ate last Wednesday, but my blog was acting funky so I couldn’t post.
BreakfastI know, I know. I’m sorry. This breakfast is getting old, but I need to soak up as much oat and fresh fruit goodness as I can before my summer slips away from me.
Trader Joe’s Multigrain Oats, cherries, peach slices, blueberries, banana- topped off with cottage cheese and almond-coconut milk
Lunch
I have been asking begging my mom to make kale chips for over a week. Last night, she did! I ate almost the entire pan, but saved enough to be the base of today’s lunch.Kale chips, chicken, corn, tomato, carrot, cucumber and Trader Joe’s Thai Peanut dressing.Peach, cherries, Wasa sesame crackers, Blue Diamond Coffee coated almonds
*Unpictured mini Mojo granola bar and Greek yogurt.
Dinner
Last night’s dinner was a summer regular: Chicken, corn, kale chips from the grill, tomato/cucumber/avocado salad.
*No picture, I forgot.

Ice cream, of course. Cookies ‘n’ Cream, to be exact.
Sorry for the really pathetic WIAW, but I’m on a hurry. 15 minutes flat. I’m off to run those errands!
