Below you will find links to various types of workouts that I have created for the blog. I update this page regularly, so check back often for workout inspiration!

Shoulder and Back Smoker– The name says it all!
20 Minute Workout- A combo of cardio and strength training!
BodyPUMP Inspired Total Body Workout– This workout is sure to leave your muscles shaking and give you a great full-body workout! Each muscle group is focused on for the duration of one song, so no group is missed.
Full-Body Cardio Workout-This is a great full-body workout that can be completed anywhere- at home, in a hotel room, or at the gym. No equipment is needed because you can simulate jumping rope and use anything heavy in place of a medicine ball.
Stair-sprint + Weights Workout– This is a quick workout, but sure to leave you nice ‘n’ sweaty from all the stair running. The cardio is interspersed throughout the workout, which focuses on exercises that target all major muscle groups. Quick and effective! Complete the sequence twice for an even better workout.
Burning Triceps– This workout features a bunch of various exercises that target your triceps. Each exercise is a little different so you won’t get bored, but you’ll definitely feel the burn! You’ll need a bench, dumbbells (or a weight bar), and a machine to do the triceps pushdown, so the gym is best.
Leg Destroyer Workout– This is a leg burnout workout. It features a ton of squats, lunges, and jump squats to tone your legs. It’s a great workout that hardly requires any equipment.
In ‘N’ Out Workout– This workout features cardio and a series of chest exercises that will get you a great workout, but in ‘n’ out of the gym in under an hour.
The Heartthrob– Sick of running/ ellipticising/ biking at the gym? Looking for a cardio routine that will keep your heart rate up and features a new exercise every minute? This workout is for you. With no equipment needed, this can be completed anywhere, at any time.
Quick Runner Workout- A quick workout that uses a ladder to incorporate sprints into the old jog routine. Perfect for a run through the neighborhood OR on a treadmill!
