I hope your weekend is off to a good start! My weekend will be starting in just a few hours and I am so excited. Lots of fun things happening this weekend!
Here’s a look at my workouts for this past week:
Saturday: Rest! It was homecoming… Good explanation, right?Sunday: 3 mile run and then a series of triceps exercises. I felt surprisingly good considering homecoming was the day before…
Monday: Rest.
Tuesday: 6 mile run! I’m still running on that runner’s high.
Wednesday: Rest.
Thursday: 25 minute jog on the treadmill, while watching SVU. Then chest press, incline press, flys, push ups, machine chest press and abs.
Friday: 3 mile run (32 minutes) with a series of biceps exercises.
